Easy Access to Airports
We have several airports within easy reach of our campsite, all offering cheap flights especially out of season, Limoges 45mins; Bergerac Ihr 45mins; Bordeaux 2hrs 30mins; Angouleme 1hr 30mins; This makes it very possible to fly to Camping le Touroulet for a long weekend. Our site is approximately 1 days drive from the Northern Ferry Ports and 8hours drive from Northern Spain making it an Ideal Storage Location flying or driving.
Airport Pick up
We also offer pick up from the airport and return should you wish to stay on site where you can enjoy the beautiful countryside and river and eat in our restaurant.
The Storage Area
The storage area is in an open, sunny position reducing mould growth from falling leaves and damp. The area is also surrounded by forest which offers protection to our vans from any storms and high winds.
Services
We will tow your van on to a site of your choice if it is available for no extra cost and also offer cleaning and servicing by a local engineer
Security
This area in France has a very low crime rate but anybody trying to access our site has to pass directly in front of our front door where we have a very large, if dopy dog, to alert us. We are on site nearly all year apart from when we take our winter holiday at which time the storage area is secured by a barrier and patrolled several times a day. The storage area is away from the main campsite.
Insurance
Although we do not cover your van for insurance it can be insured locally if you choose. Please go to our packages section for our prices for storage
