Brantôme
The Venice of the Dordogne.

Grotte de Villars in Villars
Enchantment by water and time.
Discovered only in 1953, this 13 km maze of caves is one of the largest caves in the Dordogne. The underground river connects many caves and tunnels. During the guided tour you can discover a natural area with exceptional formations and an area decorated with prehistoric paintings, dating from the lower Magdalenian age. visit its website
